This is my first Meal Plan Monday and I'm pretty excited about it!
I am currently unemployed so I try to keep my grocery bill under $50 every week to feed 2 people. A lot of you are probably thinking "PSH! $50, I could totally do that". Well, I've tried couponing and I've gotten some good deals, but I find it's hard to get deals on things you WANT! Anyways, onto the meal plan!
MONDAY:
-Grilled cheese
-Tomato soup
TUESDAY:
-Enchiladas
(Beef & bean for boyfriend, bean & cheese for me!)
-Mexican Rice
WEDNESDAY:
-Tilapia Parmesan
-Garlic parmesan mashed red potatoes
THURSDAY:
-Homemade pizza
FRIDAY:
-Leftovers
On Saturday I'm going out to lunch with a friend so I'm not sure what dinner will be. And Sunday, we'll probably have left over pizza or something else quick!
